The Fibrox Collection made for Professionals rarely requires sharpening. The Fibrox collection has cutting tools of varied blade sizes, butchers knives, Chinese style cleaver and many more. The correct alloy used for cutting edge retention, corrosion protection and flexibility is made in accordance with Regulation (EG) no. 1935/2004 for products that come into contact with food.

Fibrox handles are made of TPE, which combines the easy processing of thermoplastics with the beneficial properties of elastomers. They are extremely flexible Professional tools, that are Light weight and Non-slip even when wet. Very strong in make, Fibrox can tolerate temperatures of up to 80 – 110°C.
